Shipping & Returns

We ship through the USPS all orders. Our customers love USPS Priority Mail for their typical 1 to 3 day timing to anywhere in the continental US. So if you are in Boston, NH, Rhode Island, or New York, you might get your order tomorrow; DC, MO, GA, MD, NJ, in 1-2 days; Texas, Michigan or Ohio, three business days, no more (we hope).

Approximate Shipping costs:

$9.50 Priority shipping 

We've added a USPS Priority Mail Express Service as an upgrade. The Express shipping is $29, and it will arrive in 1-4 days depending on your location and proximity to an urban center.

We are realistic about our same-day policy and because of this we have a 3pm cut off. Sometimes a few orders sneak through, if our pick up hasn't occurred. Order after 3pm and you're most likely guaranteed for tomorrow. 

We try to accommodate every single customer and, as many of you know, we usually are able to ship right down to the wire.

Unopened packages my be returned or exchanged, but please call or email ahead. We can't take returns on open packages because that would be unsafe.
